Finding a balanced lifestyle transformed my life.

For years, I struggled to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Like so many women, I equated “health” with working out harder and eating less — but eventually, that mindset took a toll on both my physical and mental health. My hormones suffered, too.

After dealing with missed periods, poor sleep, constant fatigue, and painful PMS, I knew something had to change. Listening to diet culture wasn’t working — I needed a more sustainable, balanced approach to wellness.

When I started focusing on intuitive movement and nourishing my body instead of punishing it, everything shifted. I learned to listen to my body, eat in alignment with my cycle, prioritize rest, and find balance in every area of life. These weren’t quick fixes — they became lifestyle changes. And since then, I’ve never looked back.

Today, I have a regular cycle, more energy than ever, and a genuine sense of balance and joy in my health.

In 2021, I graduated with my degree in Nutrition and began seeing clients one-on-one. Not long after, I became a certified hormone specialist to better support women through all stages of their health journey — from transitioning off birth control and balancing hormones to navigating infertility and perimenopause.

Helping women reconnect with their bodies and find sustainable, hormone-supportive health has become my greatest passion. It’s been such a gift to walk alongside so many women as they become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves — inside and out.
